Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it is dispatched.
Delivery Timeframe
We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata), 5–7 business days for Tier 2 and 3 cities, and 7–10 business days for remote areas. Delivery timelines may vary during sale events, festivals, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
Shipping Charges
We believe great skincare should come without hidden costs. Orders above ₹999 ship free across India, and orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping fee of ₹79, shown at checkout. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST, with no additional taxes or duties at delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment in real time through our courier partner's website. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on select pincodes across India. COD availability is shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address. An additional COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply. Prepaid orders are always recommended for faster processing and dispatch.
Undeliverable Orders
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts (typically 2–3 attempts), or the recipient being unavailable, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will reach out to arrange a re-shipment (shipping charges may apply) or process a refund. Please double-check your address, pincode, and phone number at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
