Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Only unused, unopened, and sealed items in their original condition are eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
Used or opened products are not eligible.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage cannot be returned.
Customized or private label products are also non-returnable.

Refunds
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 working days.
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchange
In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
