Hassle-free returns. Because your satisfaction matters more than anything.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and unopened in sealed condition, in their original packaging with all labels intact, and accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation.
Returning a product is simple. First, email us at hello@yapbioceuticals.com with your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a pickup or shipping address. Then ship the product back in its original packaging — once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Want a different variant or product instead We are happy to exchange products based on availability, with exchange requests made within 7 days of delivery. If the replacement product is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference; if it is priced lower, the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. For prepaid orders, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) or store credit, whichever you prefer. For wallet or UPI payments, refunds go to the same wallet or UPI ID within 3–5 business days.
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product We sincerely apologise. Please email us at hello@yapbioceuticals.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed; free gifts, promotional items, and sample sachets; and products purchased during clearance or final-sale events unless defective.
